I co-founded and grew Vim & Vigor from inception into a thriving multidisciplinary design consultancy. I led the company in delivering 50+ award-winning consumer electronics and home goods products for clients including Barnes & Noble Nook, KitchenAid, Wedgwood, Waterford, and Fabbian. I was responsible for all aspects of the business—from recruiting, mentoring, and directing a high-performing six-person design team to defining the studio’s creative philosophy and style, establishing operational processes, acquiring the entire client base, and fostering long-term partnerships.
