As a fractional Chief Product and Design Officer, I propelled Incora Health from a two-founder team with a sensing technology into a funded startup with a clear strategy, compelling product vision, and actionable roadmap. I led investor presentations, revamped the pitch deck, and helped secure pre-seed funding. I defined the brand’s positioning, multi-year roadmap, and design vision. To support execution, I built out production capabilities by recruiting key partners, as well as enabling the successful completion of the company’s first clinical trial.
